Our Story

Kosha Creations (KC) was established with the intention of empowering businesses using the latest technology available. We are a fully integrative web development agency, meaning we can help your business at any stage from A to Z with website design & development (including front-end and back-end), content management systems (CMS), e-commerce solutions, responsive design, search engine optimization, crypto integration and web maintencance & support. The founders of KC met while attending Salisbury University in Maryland, each studying different subjects. Although their coursework was diifferent, the team found commonground in a groupchat focused on personal finance and self improvement. Roughly a year after many of the founders had graduated universty, the groupchat had evolved and the diverse skillset of its member came together to start Kosha Creations.

Meet the Team

Joe Dantoni | CEO

Joe acquired his B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University and is currently on a leave of absence in his pursuit of a doctorate at the National University of Natural Medicine. His passion for people and innovation has inspired him to co-found Kosha Creations with the intention of merging sustainable industries and innovative technology.

Griffin Hinkle | CFO

Griffin holds a dual degree in Finance and Information Systems and a master's degree in Finance. He brings more than 5 years of financial management experience from the technical and business consulting space along with more than 8 years of investment experience across asset classes including traditional finance and DeFi.

Patrick Higgins | CMO

Pat has a dual degree in organizational communication and marketing/management. He is an alumnus of the Salisbury University Purdue School of Business MASMI sales program. Pat brings 3+ years of marketing experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Nick Kramer | Artist

Nick is an impulsive creative with over 6 years of experience and a diverse background in illustration, graphic design, merchandising, UX/UI design, and social media management. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in these fields, Nick has worked as a freelance designer and collaborated with a range of industries including craft brewing, music, and mortgage lending.

Robert Ball | DEV

Robert is a skilled web developer with over 3 years of experience in front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, and website optimization. He has successfully collaborated with clients across e-commerce, and tech startups, consistently delivering high-quality, responsive websites. Robert is dedicated to innovating and enhancing web technologies to meet client needs.
